Unique software solutions to improve the performance of your concrete testing process.
LASTRADA™ for Concrete
LASTRADA covers all relevant perspectives when managing the quality of concrete.
LASTRADA contains concrete software modules specific to concrete, concrete testing labs, and aggregate producers. These modules are used with LASTRADA standard modules to create workflows tailored to each user’s unique process. Companies can customize reports to maintain consistency with their existing processes and company brand, as well as automate existing analysis processes.
Flexible Concrete Software Solutions
LASTRADA’s core concrete software capabilities are available to every LASTRADA user. Other LASTRADA features are combined with the core concrete capabilities to create workflows and processes unique to concrete producers, concrete testing labs, and aggregate producers.
Concrete Producers
LASTRADA’s concrete software capabilities help concrete producers to improve mix design and streamline test processes. Concrete producers can use LASTRADA’s concrete design capabilities to input data into the software to create designs used with QC data. The data gathered here can be used to manage cement, aggregate, and admixture supplies to optimize production and distribute through custom statistical and sample reports.
Laboratories Testing Concrete
Engineering laboratories testing concrete can fold concrete into their common laboratory workflow, streamlining their laboratory management process. LASTRADA’s concrete software is used to log samples, document and communicate work orders from customers, organize and schedule work, create reports for customers, and bill for completed tests. LASTRADA Partners has a library of test reports that can be used as-is, or modified to meet any company’s individual needs.
Aggregate Producers
LASTRADA’s concrete and aggregate QC modules allow aggregate producers to measure the impact of their products on concrete properties and establish a concrete performance-based aggregate QC program. Aggregate producers use data from aggregate quality control testing in custom statistical reports, and data from concrete design and performance testing to build custom analyses.
